Sushi Room – Tokyo style just off the lobby of  The Calile Hotel. Inspired by Japan’s jazz kissatens – Sushi Room is upping the ante and introducing Vinyl Nights and Sushi Sets.

Jazz kissatens, aka Japanese listening bars, are traditionally a place  to enjoy a drink while listening to vinyl in an optimal sound environment.

Cue Sushi Room to remix the idea, spinning disco, funk and good times every Friday and Saturday night in its bunker-like surrounds under the acoustically designed architectural dome.

Rounding out the Sushi Room vinyl sets are two considered and convenient chef selection meal sets that have been created for those wanting the full experience in a shorter time or for those who would prefer to have their supper selected for them.
