On Sunday 17 November, meet the man credited in Australia for changing the way we experience and understand Middle Eastern food, Greg Malouf. Taking over the Gerard’s Bistro kitchen with Head Chef Adam Wolfers, diners will experience the talents of one of Australia’s most influential and admired chefs.
Born in Melbourne with Lebanese parentage, Greg has worked in some of the country’s finest restaurants, as well as abroad in France, Italy, Austria, Hong Kong and now in Dubai where he lives. Throughout his impressive career, Greg has been praised amongst his peers for always casting a new eye on every dish he cooks. Transforming each dish, into a work of art, that retains the integrity of the original recipe. An impressive feat, that must be tasted to be believed.
