Gerard’s x The Falls Farm Dinner

Long-standing James St restaurant Gerard’s will collaborate with The Falls Farm for a unique paddock-to-plate event on Wednesday 19 June.

Gerard’s Head Chef, Jimmy Richardson, and The Falls Farm Head Farmer, Pedro Ramos have crafted a Levantine banquet incorporating a cross section of local produce fresh from the farm and Sunshine Coast hinterland with Gerard’s Middle-Eastern flavoured dishes.

The Falls Farm, located within The Sunshine Coast hinterland in the leafy green town of Mapleton, is committed to supplying fresh, organic and regeneratively farmed produce. Sustainable farming practices are at the core of their business; they consider the land, the community and mother nature in all that they do.

Reservations are required for this five-course farm fresh delight.
