A change of season welcomes a change of menu at Lobby Bar – cue Menu Swap: Spring Edition.
As the name suggests, Menu Swap is a culinary series showcasing a dedicated cuisine, produce or season for a select period of time. For the Spring Edition, that time is Thursday 14 to Sunday 17 October during both lunch and dinner settings.
Menu Swap: Spring Edition will profile roof-grown ingredients and the best local catches in twelve blossoming recipes like; Tomato Carpaccio w. Burrata, Octopus Salad w. Romesco Sauce, Spanner Crab Remoulade w. Radish and Crème Fraîche, and Lobster Fregola w.Bisque to name our top suggestions.
