Combining their love for bold flavours and attentional to detail, chefs and close friends Louis Tikaram and Thomas Lian have dreamed up a 10-course set menu that sees Southeast Asian favourites re-imagined with the help of that sensational smoky aroma of ēmmē’s signature open wood stove.

Head Chef Lian and current Head Chef at Stanley, Tikaram, both approach their culinary endeavours with a philosophy of creating warm, comfortable and relaxed dining experiences where sitting down to dinner feels like having a homecooked meal amongst loved ones. Only in this case you won’t be stuck doing the dishes afterwards.
