Sunshine is a Mediterranean eatery and the energetic sibling of Hellenika, SK Steak & Oyster, and Sushi Room by the STK Group.

Sunshine by name and by nature, the eatery transports diners to far flung destinations and is reminiscent of warm summer days filled with humble hearty fare – hi, Mykonos! Over twenty-five vegetarian dishes round out the menu displayed in a deli like style, but the gourmet deli vibes do not stop there. 'Plates' are purchased deli style too –  by weight – inviting diners to load up as little or as much as their appetite desires.

Whether dining-in or taking-away, the ordering process commences in an orderly fashion with staff introducing diners to each dish – the best type of introduction – from hot meals (yes, baked beans doused in white wine), to the salad bar (fresh is best), condiments (all home-made, naturally) and desserts (just try stopping at one...).

Majority of ingredients are sustainable sourced and locally grown too. The all-vegetarian offering reduces environmental strain of meat production, waste is commercially composted, and packing is recyclable or compostable to boot.
