Opa! Hellenika has arrived at The Calile, which means it’s time to pick your dining companions wisely because this restaurant is all about sharing food, and lots of it. Think Mezedes sharing plates of Kolokithia, zucchini chips, Paidakia grilled junee lamb cutlets to large plates of Souvlakia and Kritharaki orzo pasta with Fraser coast spanner crab. Plus with a 450 bottle wine list, that boasts an impressive Greek selection, dining at Hellenika is made to be shared and enjoyed with others.

Located on level one of The Calile aka the pool deck, diners can sit indoors, on the deck, around the pool and, after 5PM you can even dine in a cabana! The hotel’s architects, Richards & Spence are behind the immaculate design which compliments the clean and striking aesthetic of the hotel.

Hellenika now serves up service from 6.30AM until 10.30AM sevens days a week. Enjoy classic Greek fare from bougasta to an Ari Onasis Big Breakfast with a lamb cutlet (yes, lamb cutlets for breakfast is a must).
