Slip into something new…

So it seems somewhat appropriate that three of our favourite Australian Designers have launched new season collection’s during the week of Australia Day right?!

Camilla Frank once again transforms the everyday woman into a bohemian goddess with her latest Autumn/Winter ‘16 collection. Titled “El Duende” (meaning ‘the spirit of evocation’), the collection features a plethora of earthy tones, with glimmers of red, blue, yellow and orange. Dripping with luxury and vibrant hues, the collection represents the soul’s physical and emotional response to art. The exotic digital prints are inspired by Frank’s travels to Spain and Turkey, and are foregrounded on floating silk silhouettes… oh la la!

Lee Mathews

Lee Mathews introduces streamlined luxury for Winter 2016 title “Untitled W2016. The collection is as chic as it is comfortable. The fabrications are opulent and trans-seasonal; Italian cashmere, sand-washed silks, and emboridered silk cotton are prominent in the collection. As always, the silhouettes are very wearable and are destined to be layered; a-line coasts, voluminous tops and mid-calf hemlines encompass the collection. Simple black, parchment, khaki, and grey are featured throughout the colour, with a pop of red adding a striking dimension.

Conservative, disobedient, opulent: three words that sum up Zimmermann’s latest Spring 16 Ready to Wear collection. The collection titled “Master & Mischief”, features a myriad of rich textures, including cotton organdies, sheer ruffles, heavy embroideries, and pearl-adorned embellishments (need we say more). Nicky Zimmermann’s inspiration for the collection came from Ethel Turner’s 1894 classic ‘Seven Little Australians’; a children’s novel about a group of mischievous siblings. After it’s raved debut at New York Fashion Week last September, we’re so excited to finally have it all to ourselves to browse and buy!
