Your Crew Misses Our CRU
As the locals know, CRU bar’s restaurant is currently closed for a full refurbishment and to say we are excited to be back wining and dining at the iconic venue is an understatement. Thankfully, CRU’s cellar is operating in a temporary home next to Wheel & Barrow for take home tipples 7 days per week from 9am-6pm. Over At Sixes and Sevens (CRU’s sibling venue), they are serving CRU inspired dishes to get you through because they know your crew can’t live without ours!

Floor Art
Dinosaur Designs and Designer Rugs have launched their fifth collaboration, Landscape which includes four works of floor art. Co-founders, Creative Directors and Artists of Dinosaur Designs Louise Olsen and Stephen Ormandy drew inspiration for the collection from ‘looking at nature through a magnifying glass’. The Landscape collection now available at Designer Rugs is oh so luxurious being hand tufted in felted yarn using 100% New Zealand Wool. Whether you like fun and bright or earthy tones each design can be custom coloured to suit the personal aesthetic of your home.

Gourmet Grab and Go
Weekday mornings are brighter (and tastier) with Jocelyn’s Provisions now open from 7am. For an extra pep in your step, pick up their new breakfast croissant with small coffee for $12 from 7–10am. The must-try croissant is made of crispy layered pastry filled with shaved ham and a house made parmesan cream. Grab one, you won’t regret it.
