It’s a recipe, it’s art and it’s for charity – introducing FOOD FOR EVERYONE by Melbourne-based artist Gemma Leslie. FOOD FOR EVERYONE is primarily a poster shop, stocking limited-edition recipe posters in collaboration with Australian artists and culinary icons with 50% of all profits going towards food banks across the nation.
The third collection of posters features a recipe from none other than Simon Gloftis – James St’s very own icon behind Hellenika, SK Steak & Oyster and the recently revealed Sushi Room. True to his Greek heritage, Grilled Octopus aka Htapodi is on the menu or in this case, recipe poster.
The artwork (pictured below) with deep blues and sandy hues evoke colours of the mediterranean sea, which naturally compliment the authentically Greek seafood recipe. Each poster provides 90 meals and is available via here until stock lasts.
Since inception in August 2020, FOOD FOR EVERYONE has donated over $94k to charities like OzHarvest, SecondBite, and Asylum Seekers Resource Centre, so get in quick, these posters are POPULAR!
