1. Visit a participating retailer from 5PM, Thursday 23 March
2. Make a purchase 
3. Receive a Party Bag

NOTE: James St Up Late Party Bags will be distributed to shoppers making a purchase at a participating retailers (see here excluding bars and restaurants), while stocks last from 5PM during James St Up Late on Thursday 23 March. There is no minimum spend required and James St Up Late Party Bags are limited to one per person per purchase.
