A limited edition Lobster menu at SK Steak & Oyster

This is for all the lobster lovers out there, SK Steak & Oyster have created a limited-edition lobster set menu.

After being contacted by their seafood supplier, and told of the significant lobster surplus due to many tragic occurrences on a national and international, SK Steak & Oyster wanted to do their part to support the industry. So, Head Chef Kelvin Andrews created a five-course lobster feast and 200-kilos of Southern Rock Lobster were ordered.

Available from Friday 7 to Friday 14 February, lunchtime diners can devour the set menu for $85 per person.

The menu:

Raw Lobster Tartar w/ organic soy sauce, yuzu and jalapeno

Classic Lobster Cocktail w/ Mary Rose Sauce

Lobster Risotto, made on lobster stock with fennel pollen

Garlic Butter Baked Lobster w/ lobster mash and lobster salad
