Hachisu’s cookbook explores the intricacy of Japanese recipes by looking at every part of the cuisine throughout the history of Japanese food culture. The cookbook is filled with over 400 traditional and authentic recipes that have been reworked for a modern palate.
At the book launch, Gerard’s Bistro Head Chef Ben Williamson will be using techniques in the cookbook and serving a three-course banquet for an intimate dining experience hosted by Hachisu.
