This James Street Food & Wine Trail we and our friends ILVE are bringing our brightest food talent to a stage near you (located in the carpark near Harveys Bar + Bistro). With live cooking demonstrations, you are invited to learn the secrets behind Bucci, the spices that enrich Gerard’s Bistro Middle Eastern dishes and the Grecian secret to Hellenika’s mouthwatering dishes.
In an exciting event first, the pop-up kitchen will be hosted by Gourmet Traveller food writer and restaurant critic Michael Harden – so expect the chefs to divulge tips and trick while cooking tip while cooking up a storm.
