Next Tuesday 14 November will see the next instalment of FOOD LAB at Gerard’s Bar, and to celebrate the origin of the Moubarak clan, the matriarch herself Salwa Moubarak aka Mumma Moubs, will be serving up a five course, mezze feast alongside some of her favourite ‘old school’ Lebanese tracks.

Joining her in the kitchen will be award winning Head Chef Ben Williamson… But let’s get one thing straight, this is Mumma Moubs’ kitchen now and she doesn’t care for chefs hats. Make sure you arrive with an empty stomach!
