FOOD LAB at Gerard’s Bar is back on 3 May for its 11th instalment!!
Both hail from Cairns yet have followed different culinary paths. Jesse has worked for an array of world renowned restaurants, from Vue de Monde (Melbourne) to Noma (Copenhagen) and Curtis Stone’s Maude (Los Angeles). And with Cormac’s rising presence throughout Brisbane these two are sculpting out the path for smart, forward thinking diners and chefs alike.
