Scrumptious Reads ‘Cookbook Club’ is back on Monday 4 September!
Join chef and culinary devotee, Danielle Dixon and an intimate group of food fans for a scrumptious supper!
If you’re not familiar with the Cookbook Club, it’s a monthly gathering where guests are invited to enjoy a menu of recipes from a chosen cookbook which are prepared by Dixon herself.
The book of the month is ‘Chefs Eat Toasties Too by Darren Purchese’ and the menu consist of the following:
Fried egg and anchovie toast
Curried crayfish roll with mango chutney
Two cheese Welsh rarebit with smoked ham and piccalil
Roasted cauliflower cheese jaffle with fresh truffle
Explosive raspberry toastie
Cherry Blossom miso French toast
