Scrumptious Reads ‘Cookbook Club’ is back on Monday 7 August!
Join chef and culinary devotee, Danielle Dixon and an intimate group of food fans for a scrumptious supper!
If you’re not familiar with the Cookbook Club, it’s a monthly gathering where guests are invited to enjoy a menu of recipes from a chosen cookbook which are prepared by Dixon herself.
The book of the month is ‘Country French Cooking by Elizabeth David’ and the menu consist of the following:
le cassoulet de castelnaudary
confit de porc
poulet a la sainte menehould
tomatoes provencales en salade
tarte aux pommes
