Meet Greg Malouf, acclaimed chef and author, Mr. Malouf is recognised as being an authority on Middle Eastern cuisine.
Born in Melbourne with Lebanese parentage, Malouf has worked in some of Australia’s finest restaurants, as well as abroad in France, Italy, Austria and Hong Kong – and most notably, in Richmond UK where his take on contemporary Middle Eastern dining earned Petersham Nurseries Cafe a Michelin Star.
Malouf has not only won over the world with his food, but with his recipes too, he has produced nine award-winning books with his writing partner Lucy Malouf.
Greg Malouf will be taking over the kitchen at Gerard’s Bistro on Tuesday 4 and Wednesday 5 December, presenting guests with a four-course shared banquet style dinner with pair wine.
