A new Australian brand titled, Les Basic has arrived at Living Edge!
After launching at New York Design Week on Monday 1 May, the brainchild of Alexander Lotersztain now resides in Living Edge on Robertson Street. Specifically created for the design-savvy Millennial generation, Les Basic responds to the needs of living and working today. The functional collection includes modular furniture, lighting and accessories that can be configured and customised to create comfortable and creative environments for the home and office.
Les Basic blurs the boundaries of personal and professional, indoor and outdoor, age and gender, yet is understated and elegant with subtle and playful design cues. It is also socially responsible with textile offcuts from upholstered products used to create the Les Basic wombat, which serves to reduce waste and provides a percentage of every sale to the RSPCA.
