Food Lab at Gerard's Bar

FOOD LAB at Gerard’s Bar is back on Wednesday 15 March for its 10th instalment!

In conjunction with the Brewsvegas Beer Festival, Gerard’s Bar will be collaborating with Wolf Of The Willow Brewing of Melbourne.

Wolf Of The Willow Brewing specialise in producing hand crafted modern ales that are distinct in quality, flavour and character – what they like to call ‘Ale of Distinction’. Ben Williamson will be experimenting with the essentials found in a ‘distinct ale’, from malt to grain, and wheat to barley, Ben will create a six course degustation.

The night will be hosted by Wolf Of The Willows distributor, Flynn Hannon. Diners are invited to be part of any impactful yet intimate dining experience celebrating all things beer… Cheers!

Ticket bookings are essential and cost $85 pp, get in quickly (who doesn’t love a good beer?!).
