COOKBOOK CLUB at Scrumptious Reads x Danielle Dixon

Your favourite book store has teamed with the talented Danielle Dixon of Bucci for another year of Scrumptious Reads Cookbook Club.

The Cookbook Club is a monthly gathering where guests are invited to enjoy a menu of recipes from a chosen cookbook which are prepared by Dixon herself.

The next Cookbook Club is on Monday 13 March and will see the book “Short Stack” take centre stage.

The menu will include the following:

Charred Corn Soup

Buttermilk Pie

Sweet Potato Gnocchi

Tahini Sweet Potato Dinner Rolls

Grilled Lamb Steaks & Sweet Onions with Tahini Herb Compound Butter

Tahini Sandwhich Cookies with Tahini Cream Cheese Frosting

Fried Eggplant Sticks with Sriracha Blue Dip

Eggplant Polpettini

Provencal Vegatable Tarte Tatin
